About VisiRule

VisiRule is a LowCode/NoCode visual authoring package which enables business users to build rule-based systems which replicate and automate their decision-making thought processes of human experts.

VisiRule offers a simple and familiar flow charting interface for drawing the logic underpinning the business decisions.

VisiRule uses a code generator and embedded rule engine, so that models can be immediately compiled and executed locally. In addition, VisiRule charts can be connected with other applications and architectures using Rest and Json, and even compiled directly into HTML.

Using Decision Trees to Develop Chatbot from University Program Websites

Excellent overall experience. I have had the opportunity to test and work with several chatbot software and by far VisiRule was the best application, best support, excellent knowledge base, and simple but effective tool to use decision trees from informatics on websites logically.

Pros:

Perceived ease of use with application level inference, conditional logic, deferred logic to form a variety of decision trees based on website information.

Cons:

There could be more automated processes to develop decision trees from websites. Like web scraping.
