The next generation in digital sign software communication tools, Arreya enables the creation, management, and deployment of interactive digital signage and kiosks. With minimal effort and training, any company can create and deploy engaging messaging to inform audiences on any device, anywhere. No contract pricing offers a monthly or annual subscription with all the features and no hidden fees.

The Arreya Creative Studio has a built-in editor not found in any other signage solution. This drag-and-drop creative studio makes it easy for users to create, modify, and deploy attractive messages for their signs and kiosks. Minimal training and skills are required to use Creative Studio, and free templates and stock images add value to message designs.

With Arreya in the cloud, users and their communications teams can update content on the go. Content can be scheduled in advance and updated as needed. Content can go live on displays as well as kiosks, tablets, phones, and laptops. The Arreya platform has live viewing to see what screens are displaying, as well as offline mode to play content regardless of loss of internet.

Excellent Customer Support and High Tech Savvy

Our experience with Arreya has been overwhelmingly positive. The platform's ease of use, flexibility, and scheduling have enabled us to effectively manage our digital signage content. The customer support team has been exceptional, providing prompt and useful assistance whenever needed. We invest in their "white glove services" and development support due to the nature of how and where we publish our signage content. Their entire team is top notch and trustworthy!

Pros:

I liked Arreya's fast, responsive support. They go "that extra mile" to provide answers and provide answers for my challenging signage needs. They helped me develop a PWA (progressive web app) featuring my signage presentation capable of playing on any device. They are very friendly and value their customers by providing expert service and a great product. Also, our company has used other signage presentation companies, and we feel Arreya has been more "on the cutting edge" with technology, product venders, and display platforms.

Cons:

Since we create our own presentation content in house, we do not have much use of the presentation templates offered. They are good but not relevant to our company and industry.

Reasons for choosing Arreya

We engaged in trial testing and explored pricing, read reviews and assessed how best their platforms would match our need for integrating with a Google platform. Arreya won hands down

Reasons for switching to Arreya

Arreya was geographically closer to our company headquarters for better on location support. They were less expensive, and more advanced technically.

Ok product, but not a good fit

Overall they are ok for donor boards and simple projects, but they weren't well fitted for what we wanted to do.

Pros:

Customer support was friendly and helpful when they responded. It was fairly easy to use for basic projects.

Cons:

The customer support person I dealt with was very nice and helpful, but it took a long time for a response. Sometimes it was days, and a few times it was over a week before I would hear back. It was decent software, but it didn't do everything we wanted without additional back-end support and changes.

What i liked most about Arreya is the easy to use user interface , making it easy to get started and use the product.

Cons:

What i liked least about Arreya is the cost. The prices can get somewhat high depending on which plan you choose but you get what you pay for.

Great digital signage option for church!

Working with Arreya has been a great experience overall for our church and the features are very beneficial.

Pros:

The ability to create and schedule multiple presentations for our church in advance, and to see when devices are offline (since our office is not at the same location as our church). The digital signage has helped to promote upcoming events and post our weekly church schedule. The widgets make it easy to share slideshow.

Cons:

There was a bit of a learning curve (some "tricks" I learned the hard way), but support was great and I felt confident pretty early on in using the service.

I am SO pro-Arreya!

Arreya has wonderful CRM, superb facilitators and trainers. From big business to the smallest NFP, Arreya is the 24/7 company for your digital installations.

The software is amazing but so is the support, training, back up and monitoring. We have undertaken a close association with Arreya and recommend this company highly to our Clients. The software is comprehensive (with a lot of GREAT features), easy to use, easy to teach and delivers flawless presentations.
