About QuickESign

QuickEsign is a cloud-based signage solution used to display digital content on television screens in libraries, schools, churches, retail stores and other public places. The users can display information, advertisements and more using this solution

QuickEsign provides registered users a channel for streaming devices like Roku. Users can upload their information on this channel, including images, videos, widgets, and more. QuickEsign includes a layout editor, which helps users change the layout of slides.

In addition to images and videos, users can add news and events, weather, QR codes, Google docs, and other widgets. Users can also upload video and audio stream through the layout editor. The solution is also available for Amazon Fire TV and Google TV and also a robust, custom enterprise player.

Highly- priced but totally worth it

I absolutely love the drag and drop layout editor that enable us to add slides, videos , webpages or any content that we please. This has helped facilitate efficient and effective presentation.

Pros:

Having used QuickESign for 7years now, I can attest that it is easy to implement and it is very user-friendly. It enable us to create unlimited layouts which saves on the cost of running multiple screens for different layouts.

Cons:

QuickESign is kinda expensive because we pay per device instead of having a consolidated price plan that include all our devices

VFW Canteen menu signage Good review

Easy to set up and overall very happy with the experience. I first signed for one month and changed to the yearly subscription.

Pros:

The app was already on my TCL tv, easy to adjust and I could pay for the subscription service at a yearly rate instead of monthly

Cons:

There was a slight learning curve to the app and there is an extra charge for multiple screens. I wish it was the same price for more screens

An excellent solution for signage

Being able to find affordable digital signage that allows us to easily customize and present on hardware that is affordable was a key for us. Quickesign checks all those boxes.

Pros:

We've used Quickesigns for about 3 years and have found it easy to use and configure and regular updates improve the functionality. We also have enjoyed the cost savings from having multiple screens.

Cons:

In the early days of the user interface, it was a little complicated to use. I also would like to see more apps/modules but anticipate those will come with future updates.

Ability to create & vary custom layouts.

Cons:

It takes lots of trial/error to get the sign display to match the layout display when logged in to their site. When pictures transition in a slideshow, it sometimes appears small, then large, or otherwise has little "hiccups" that prevent a smooth transition.

Software is easy to use, very affordable, and easy to navigate website. I have never had any isseus with it and im on my 3rd year using it.

Cons:

I have no issue with the program. Once you learn how to do evrything there is to offer it becomes second nature.

I absolutely love how QuickESign solves the financial burden for our church by eliminating the constant need to order and print new signs and flyers. Using QuickESign for our digital displays means we can share and support events effortlessly. The integration with Canva is probably my favorite feature; it makes my work incredibly seamless and efficient. Since I do most of our designing through Canva, having all my projects connected and instantly accessible within QuickESign is a massive time saver. I can create and edit our digital signage directly, avoiding any tedious back-and-forth processes. Additionally, the support we receive is fantastic. Anytime we have questions or issues, [sensitive content hidden] resolves them quickly, sometimes in mere minutes. The initial setup with QuickESign was straightforward and easy, and this kind of reliable support and functionality inspires complete confidence in recommending it, as reflected in my likelihood to recommend score of 10.

Cons:

Not applicable - We love the physical players and the software. [sensitive content hidden] has great customer service, so we never have questions go unanswered for longer than a day.

QuickESign is a great Value for Bulletin Board Software

QuickESign is a great value for the cost. Our specific use was for a "Veteran's Wall" which displays the name and picture of the various local Veterans in the area. We did not use any scheduling on it as we have the feed running 24 hours in our Main Lobby.

The online interface was very easy to setup and use. It allows for pictures, videos or even a YouTube feed to be displayed on a FireTV. The app was quick to download and the stream was steady and did not disconnect

Cons:

There was not much I dont like about it. I would say the limitation on the amount of slides (Which is quite large) which can be attached to 1 feed.

Makes Managing Showroom Displays Effortless

Overall, QuickESign has been a huge upgrade for how we manage content in our showrooms. We use the TVs to showcase our products, highlight promotions, and share important updates. I can easily make changes for holidays, events, or special messages on the fly. It’s reliable, efficient, and does exactly what we need it to.

Pros:

It’s incredibly easy to manage and update all of our showroom TVs from one place. I can upload new images and videos in seconds and push updates to multiple locations across different states without any hassle. It’s saved me a ton of time and makes our displays look polished and professional.

Cons:

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, but once you get used to it, it’s smooth sailing. I’d also love to be able to show weather and widgets in different formats, change fonts, icons etc to make it more pro looking.

Pros:

The cost was great and being able to change my ads in realtime make this a great product. The picture quality is great and the upload speed is fast.

Cons:

Image uploads took me a minute to learn but now that I've got it it's simple and easy to use. I was doing this on my phone and the process is a little different then a desktop or laptop but once you figure it out it's a breeze

Pros:

QuickESign makes it extremely easy to upload and display my menus at my juice bar. The interface is simple, the display quality is sharp, and updates take seconds. It has helped me keep my menu screens consistent, clean, and professional without needing a designer every time I make a change.

Cons:

The only downside is that some customization options feel limited. A few more layout templates, animations, or drag-and-drop features would make it even better for small businesses like mine.
