ease of use remotely. i still love the ui. I can log in from anywhere and make the needed adjustments.
Cons:
Amount of time for the team to release OS updates. they have strung us along for a major release and then had to roll it back.

It was easy to set up. I like being able to ee what is playing and where. I like that content can be scheduled with a start and stop time so I don't have to remember to add/delete it. I'm sure there are more features available that I don't use.
Cons:
Canvas is not intuitive and does not have enough default colors or fonts. Fonts should scale with the text box instead of manually changing the font size number. I would like to have a brand feature for company fonts and colors. It's not enough for me to rate it 4 stars, but might have selected 4.5 if it was an option.

Great potential but a lot still to develop

This is just used as our entry way marketing material. This has been more of a head ache than it should have been.

Ease of use is a fact. I liked the layouts and basic idea of this product. That was about it.
Cons:
Needs more native apps. Not a very "smart" program (i.e. have pictures in a custom zone to a special size - this requires me to go back to marketing team to re-edit the photos down to what the app can handle. This should be done as part of the program to allow for overall easier use). While the support team is quick to respond, they missed the mark greatly in actually addressing the issues and are rather snarky when you point out the pitfalls of the program. There are misspellings in the warnings that pop-up throughout their app. It is all around a work in progress.

We're always trying to improve our app and stay on top of an agile work environment and sometimes we don't meet the standards we want to achieve for our customers. Although we've built ScreenCloud to optimize your images to look at their best for your screens, in some cases you'll need to edit the dimensions of the image to capture the area you want to show the most. To make this easier, we've been developing a new app to help you do just that. We've also been revising our on-boarding experience to share the good practices as early as possible. I'd really appreciate it if we had a call to get to the bottom of this and also show you what we've been working on. I'll make sure to personally reach to you.

Screencloud is easy and fun

We love the ease of use and the variety of content types we can post. Our screens are used for advertising resort offerings and for displaying ever-changing food menus. Having tried several other options, it is a relief to be using Screencloud on all of our screens.
Cons:
Would be nice if we could set availability by calendar date, not just by days of the week.

Pros:
ScreenCloud makes my business's digital signage management very easy! There's tons of apps and customizability, and the UI is very easy to move around in. Stability is super important and we haven't had any issues since updating devices. We can easily update content or use apps to have dynamic displays. We use the API to change the screen if we have an event coming up, all automatically.
Cons:
The only downside is the license cost. It's a bit higher than other competitors with similar or slightly trimmed back features. I also wish they had a mobile friendly site so I can more easily manage a screen on the go (forgot to update it or something after leaving work). Sometimes, temporary displays don't revert back to the original content after the time is up.

We actually use both. Optisign is better and cheaper for single display, single menu, non-dynamic screens. But ScreenCloud is easier, more dynamic and looks better.

A great digital signage platform for marketers

We've been using screencloud for over three years in our company, after using other online softwares that weren't up to the job. We were seduced by the multitude of apps offered by screencloud and the compatibility with our other marketing tools. Screencloud is easy to use for our marketing team, and we use it to distribute information to all our offices, as well as plug and play at trade shows and conferences.

Pros:
Support is very fast, responds directly and solves our problems instantly. There's never a downtime on our screens. UX is great, easy to customized playlists to have a great amounts of diversified contents to show.
Cons:
Nothing the platform is greatr and was quickly adopted by our team.

Reasons for switching to ScreenCloud

I wasn't compatible with our others services, difficult to make it match with our corporate branding, to complexe to install on display devices, and more pricy!

Great addition to our gym lobby

One of the better digital display apps out there. I tried a few others but found Screencloud and haven't changed in three years now. I own a martial arts gym so it works well for scrolling through member content and announcements really well.

Very positive. We use it for staff messaging and specifically for our staff shared calander. ITs also great for displaying photos etc and the flexibility it gives is just great

A little difficult to get up and running at the start but alright once I figured it out. Also I suggested a few small changes like language and font colours within the outlook calander addin that did not happen (heard nothing since)

I really enjoy the ease of use and ability to publish from anywhere. I also really enjoy the flexibility/ability to schedule and create playlists.
Cons:
We have several screens next to each other and we've never been able to sync up the images, despite working with support.
