Pros:

ease of use remotely. i still love the ui. I can log in from anywhere and make the needed adjustments.

Cons:

Amount of time for the team to release OS updates. they have strung us along for a major release and then had to roll it back.

Great Experience, Easy Win

I've loved using ScreenCloud. I have been using the applications for 6 years now and I have had a great experience. It has given me a few good easy wins when it comes to meeting business needs.

Pros:

ScreenCloud was extremely easy to set up. I had digital signage up and managed within 30 minutes. ScreenCloud is compatible with a good range of equipment and based on my experience, pretty reliable.

Cons:

There are some slight downfalls. One is that I wish we had a little more freedom when it comes to content. I wish we could play content from a website but I also understand that that scenario starts to lean into a different service/vertical like conference room tech. The other thing that I noticed is that some of the supported devices can be less reliable. I've seen them need more frequent reboots in order to support the load of the ScreenConnect app.

Reasons for choosing ScreenCloud

ScreenCloud was easier to implement and it was easy to use with Amazon devices.

User-Friendly and Time-Saving Tool

I have really enjoyed using ScreenCloud as a marketing professional. I work with a lot of different tools and platforms and ScreenCloud is one of the few that I've never had issues or headaches with. It's easy to use and so effective.

Pros:

It's super user-friendly and makes managing multiple screens and playlist easy to manage. I especially appreciate the ability to set availability dates so I don't have to constantly check if I have content that past the event date.

Cons:

Sometimes the extra apps can be tricky to navigate and get setup, but once they are set up, they're also great to have (I love the Instagram ability).

Great potential but a lot still to develop

This is just used as our entry way marketing material. This has been more of a head ache than it should have been.

Pros:

Ease of use is a fact. I liked the layouts and basic idea of this product. That was about it.

Cons:

Needs more native apps. Not a very "smart" program (i.e. have pictures in a custom zone to a special size - this requires me to go back to marketing team to re-edit the photos down to what the app can handle. This should be done as part of the program to allow for overall easier use). While the support team is quick to respond, they missed the mark greatly in actually addressing the issues and are rather snarky when you point out the pitfalls of the program. There are misspellings in the warnings that pop-up throughout their app. It is all around a work in progress.

We're always trying to improve our app and stay on top of an agile work environment and sometimes we don't meet the standards we want to achieve for our customers. Although we've built ScreenCloud to optimize your images to look at their best for your screens, in some cases you'll need to edit the dimensions of the image to capture the area you want to show the most. To make this easier, we've been developing a new app to help you do just that. We've also been revising our on-boarding experience to share the good practices as early as possible. I'd really appreciate it if we had a call to get to the bottom of this and also show you what we've been working on. I'll make sure to personally reach to you.

ease of setup and screen management. I like that I can add multiple screens and manage them with either the same or different solutions.

It can be quite expensive with multiple screens but easiness makes it worthwhile for quick turnarounds.

It was incredibly easy to be trained on as the backend is very straightforward. Companies could really train anyone to use it.

It's been an easy to learn, simple user interface to upload screen slides to. I haven't had an issue over a couple years of using it - even with multiple people across many departments using it!

Cons:

If I could upload one slide to all my channels, while keeping all the channels as is with their unique slides, that'd be great and a significant time saver!

User friendly, great and very practical

i had a great experience.i used it also with other clinics that i have, i was able to display videos on alot of screens clincis loves it, patients find it amusing especially in the waiting rooms
