"It has provided a solid platform for allowing carriers to self-serve their appointments, while providing a lot of flexibility in structuring our docks and material types."
"Opendock has significantly improved our visibility of inbound and outbound loads and helped in much better resource and manpower planning at our warehouses. While most of it's features are great, there is room for improvement which can make it an even better product."

"Opendock list view is helpful but you can't keep your custom fields in the list view and that really takes away some visual power."
"The issue we run into is there are multiple vendors housed within the same building so we sometimes have a carrier book an appointment under the incorrect dock."
"Well the least I don't like about opendock is we don't receiving alerts for new appointments or when they reschedule also eather when they have something they want schedule on the last minute I think we need more support on this."
