Took a chance and it’s changed my life.

It’s so hard to write good reviews for products and services that you love. But when it comes to SMRT I could talk all day long. The business is run like a family and once we decided to chose there software it was like gaining a whole new team pushing our business to the next level.

Pros:

Smrt allows you to follow real time the daily ins and outs of your business. I am able to physical leave my facility and check in remotely. This was a huge step in me being able to devote time with my family and given me back control over my business.

Cons:

We signed up early so they needed to work on some things. We rolled with the punches and the people at smrt answered the bell.

I’ve always focused on people and after talking with the people at SMRT there was not really another option. Not saying that the people at other companies are wrong you just need to get to know the SMRT team and you will understand 100%

This program is very convenient compared to the old system “spot”. Navigating through the program is much more efficient as well because it is touch screen.

Cons:

At the moment I do not have any complaints with the program. It is very beneficial to business with how much of an ease it is to use.

There isn't just one feature I like but multiple. To name a few: user interface, the pickup/delivery module and notification/communication center.

Cons:

I feel the Master/Sub relationship could be pushed further by SMRT for better reporting and distinction between address for On-Demand/Static route.

Pros:

The software is so user friendly and powerful that my entire business runs on it. It is the complete CRM software, front to back. Not only is it easy for me to manage my business, but it is also even easier for my customers. They can do all the scheduling, communication on their own.

Cons:

The only thing missing is SMRT does not have A mobile app.

Overall, SMRT was far more superior in technology than the other competitors. SMRT is consistently updating and improving its software. On top of that, the customer service team is way better than the rest.

Client communications and interactive nature of the system.

Cons:

If client pays for an order prior to pick up, I find it difficult to determine what the customer owes.

SMRT has a better reputation regarding product support than did SPOT during our analysis. SMRT also seemed more inclusive with regards to included features than did SPOT.

The previous system was obsolete and limited in its capabilities.

Best Dry Cleaning POS System

Overall the experience has been great! We have cut way back on the numbers of calls we used to make to customers, the amount of paper we handle. We used to have to void and rewrite tickets when mistakes were made, and now it is so much easier to change and edit tickets when necessary. Training drivers and scheduling pick ups and deliveries is super easy.

We love how easy the software is to use, the route app is terrific, communication through text and email has significantly cut down on phone calls, estimates are responded to very quickly and our customers love it. The reports are endless, we have hundreds of KPIs to help us with sales and marketing.

Cons:

We have had a few challenges with the accounting; it works but the developers have promised to enhance it based on our feedback.

Outstanding

Our internal company communications, automation with management reporting, billing and customer resolutions have been the biggest benefits with the software implementation. What took several emails, manual phone calls and meetings with our management are now easily reported across all communicaitons channels and have reduced the time to resolve day to day processes.

Pros:

The installation, training, and implementations were a breeze. Using SMRT software for our operations has allowed us to implement, automate customer communications and improve our operations over night. We are upset at that fact that we didn't switch over years ago. The training for our staff, drivers, markin, office, and production was incredibly easy. It has exceeded our expectations thus far.

Cons:

There is not much negative to say. As we discover features we wish we had, their staff is attentive and responsible and always find a better way to resolve our operational issues.

The extra communciation features for my team and our customers. The ease of use. The delivery and route optimization features to help build and organize our growing Pickup and Delivery system. Has incoporated into our marketing efforts beautifully.

Cons:

Implementing and switching from our old pos was challenging but we got the job done. SMRT sends two experts to help make the switch more seamless.

Easy transfer and start up

My overall experience has been positive. The texting feature allows me to comunicate easily with my customers and has made my delivery service more efficient. Support is fast and usually solves your issues very quickly, either with email or on the phone.

Pros:

This software is easy to learn. Training new employyes is easy. It is flexible and adapts well to the way you run your business. The ability to communicate with your customers through texting has been a big help. The support has been excellent.

Cons:

I would like it if it printed tags for the lot system assembly operation. It is not a major problem but it would make it easier for my operation.

Reasons for choosing SMRT Systems

SMRT seemed easier to learn, acheived the same results with less imput. Smrt seamed to do everthing SPOT did but the support was cheaper and the program was easier to use. I like the garment animation and the detail in the tailoring function. SMRT delivery app saves time and money.

Reasons for switching to SMRT Systems

DCCS was outdated and difficult to teach new employees. The menu driven software lacked the ability to adapt to changes. Price structure was ridgid and difficult to customize. The monthly support fee was higher. There were many program errors and I spent more time with support.
