About SellerChamp

SellerChamp is a cloud-based eCommerce solution that enables businesses to streamline processes related to product repricing, cross-selling, shipping, inventory management and more. It facilitates integration with ShipStation for users to print custom labels with details such as name, location and Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) number.

SellerChamp allows businesses to connect multiple selling accounts search for items based on filters including ID number or name and manage repricing processes using artificial intelligence (AI). It lets users create, track and download Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments and scan or print labels. Additionally, professionals can utilize the platform to list items on eCommerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay by uploading spreadsheets or scanning barcodes.

SellerChamp helps businesses manage inventory across multiple warehouses or sales channels, handle bulk updates, set repricing rules and more. The solution is available on annual or monthly subscriptions and support is extended via live chat, phone and email.

Multi Channel Listing and Inventory Management Software

Very easy to build, and or push products across multiple platforms. Basically you are building only one listing for all of your platforms huge time saver, plus it monitors your sales and will automatically adjust your inventory numbers on all the platforms you are selling. Prevents overselling, and is a massive time saver.

Pros:

So easy to use, and constant tech support. There is a tech chat button on every page of the platform, just click it and in less than five minutes is a very patient tech support agent that will walk you through your issues. Premium product that allows you to import from the channel you have your inventory managed and the ability to import that stock to any sales channel. Plus you scan in the UPC and the app will build a listing for you. Also love the professional listing templates.

Cons:

The only cons I can find are very petty, but I do like to be as complete as possible. The first con is that the woo commerce listing page only has on description area, there is no where to put a short description. Mercari & Poshmark platforms are not supported, but only one platform supports them and it is expensive, so I will stick with SellerChamp as the benefits of being able to prevent overselling and having all of my listings look PRO across all my selling platforms.

Reasons for choosing SellerChamp

Unfortunately for the martketplaces I sell on ZOHO was just too expensive to use as extra monthly services are required. Sixbit may be a great way to manage your eBay listings but if you want to include 4 sales platforms it becomes very expensive.

Reasons for switching to SellerChamp

ecomdash could not push product to my woocommerce store, there tech support was no help at all they blamed my woocommerce site. In addition to not being able to post to woo, you had to build the listing for every platform. So then I switched to Sellbrite, although they were able to list on Woo without error I found there listing manager does not support html, and again you had to rebuild the listing for every platform you wished to sell on.

The intuitive design and incredibly sensible team that runs it. Changes are implemented faster than LIGHTNING! This is the third application we have tried and it is far superior in every area.

Cons:

Only Con that SC has is that the are new and still learning and developing. The price is reflected in that. Give SC a try and see how great it is for yourself. The team behind this app truly care about your business and about how their role in its' success is imperative.

We used their services for eBay and Amazon for several years. Things were working very well and then just stopped. All they did was blame these channels instead of fixing the issue.

Cons:

Although their service stopped working, they never refunded us the money that was owed.

SellerChamp continues to overachieve and exceed my expectations. [sensitive content hidden] and the support team are amazing and extremely responsive. I am consistently impressed with their ability to follow through on rapid bug fixes and enhancements. They are actively improving their product.I have implemented 10+ ecommerce marketplace inventory/channel integration apps for my business over the years. We have built a few custom solutions ourselves. I say with confidence that SellerChamp is the best product in this category I have used to date. The more I use this software, the more I like it. The features and actions are intuitive, the integrations are comprehensive. It just works, and works very well. The app is very fast, very responsive.SellerChamp support and dev team are awesome! They respond within a few hours, and consistently follow-up until items are closed.

Cons:

Looking forward to more customizable reports.

SellerChamp is a Winner

I have my business running smoothly across eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Bonanza, and Etsy and have integrated Shiprush, Deliverr and a Dropshipper. I am really happy with it and they continue to prove to me that they were a great choice as they continue to help me with any issues which arise.

Pros:

They have fantastic customer service. It is hard to learn any new software and they all have learning curves, each approaching things differently. SellerChamp has one on one assistance available for set up and a quick chat system for ongoing issues. They actually fix problems, I have found most third parties want to keep adding new features more so then they like to go back and fix things and SellerChamp has been a breath of fresh air as I have seen a number of things corrected and quickly (I have been using them for more then six months).

Cons:

Its hard to switch to a new management company (I have done so quite a few times). I can't express how wonderful it was to have someone to actually talk/chat with about my questions. It was easy to import my items in but all the little nuances are tough to learn.

I was really impressed that I was able to do a free trial and import all my 10k items in just a few minutes wit a few clicks and correct my business polices issue in another few minutes. I have actually been researching and using 3rd party listers for 20 years since eBay's infancy. Every few years I research all the players and I was really impressed with their fresh approach.

Reasons for switching to SellerChamp

I switched from Volo a few years ago to Ecomdash becasue they were no longer supporting US Walmart. I switched from Ecomdash becasue they were not able to support eBay business polices with a particular account we had and were no help in correcting the problem. Ultimately they determined it could not be done (although we had other eBay ids with no problems)

Must have software application!

SellerChamp is helping us improving our order fulfillment performance, faster review of our suppliers catalog pricing (when they provide accurate UPCs), accelerate FBA Shipment set up.

Pros:

The software set up was extremely easy and fast: adding and connecting our marketplace stores, channel integration (in our case, Walmart Seller account <> Amazon FBA), integration with our ShipStation account. The FBA shipping workflow is amazingly smooth, loving the fact that when you create your shipment manually (as opposed to uploading a shipment file), SellerChamp displays the FBA center where your product will be shipped, and in some cases allows you to select the FBA center if Amazon suggested more than one option! The greatest feature in my view is the Manifest product lookup pulling marketplace product data for closer analysis/review to determine what we'd like/are allowed to list, and hence build a sourcing order.

Cons:

Slightly slow when looking up big manifest files, but still better that other competition software we tried in the past. The application will certainly gain in increasing the bandwidth/servers size (?) to speed up data mining.

More features, better (I mean: outstanding) customer service with a real people team that listens to your requests, suggestions, and available to assist as needed!

Reasons for switching to SellerChamp

SellerChamp does more than Sellbrite and Tactical Arbitrage combined - neither of the 2 named applications has the kind of marketplace and channel integrations offered by SellerChamp, and though product lookup (manifest files) still a little slow with SellerChamp, it beats the Tactical Arbitrage version we were using (SellerChamp is faster, shows results/products as they get added, more accurate data, filters).

Multi-platform listing and inventory management software

I started with SellerChamp to handle my dropshipping to ensure my stock rates were correct and prices were being properly maintained. I quickly learned about the ability to list on multiple e-commerce platforms which have increased my sales significantly.

The software is very easy to use and navigate once you learn the ins and outs.

Cons:

There is not much to dislike. There are times when we experience errors in tracking reporting back to the platform but the SellerChamp Team quickly resolves the issue.
