SellerChamp is a cloud-based eCommerce solution that enables businesses to streamline processes related to product repricing, cross-selling, shipping, inventory management and more. It facilitates integration with ShipStation for users to print custom labels with details such as name, location and Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) number.

SellerChamp allows businesses to connect multiple selling accounts search for items based on filters including ID number or name and manage repricing processes using artificial intelligence (AI). It lets users create, track and download Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments and scan or print labels. Additionally, professionals can utilize the platform to list items on eCommerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay by uploading spreadsheets or scanning barcodes.

Just Right for our Business

Seems like the system has been doing what we need it do for last several months. We enjoy ability to create and manage listings in one place so that we don't necessarily have to manage them in their respective platforms. We highly leverage SellerChamp's ability to push listings from one platform to another.

Cons:

Some screens too "busy"....they present a lot of details and sometimes hard to find specific bits.

What I liked most about SellerChamp is how fast and efficient it makes listing products in bulk across multiple marketplaces. The ability to use CSV uploads, pre-set templates, and automation tools has saved our team hours every week. It’s also incredibly easy to make updates to live listings, and the sync between platforms like eBay and Amazon is reliable.

Cons:

The biggest downside is that the interface can feel a little overwhelming at first, especially for new users. Some features aren’t always intuitive, and it took some trial and error to fully understand how to use certain automation settings.

We chose SellerChamp over SixBit and SellerCloud because it offered the best balance of powerful features and ease of use. SixBit felt outdated and more geared toward eBay-only sellers, while SellerCloud was too complex and expensive for our needs. SellerChamp gave us multi-channel support, fast bulk uploads, and responsive customer service without the steep learning curve or high cost. It was the most scalable and user-friendly solution for our growing business.

They mess up pricing and inventory amounts!

My experience has been brutal. I raise issues, and they do nothing to fix them. Messing up prices and inventory numbers - the very think I am paying for!

Fairly easy to use once it is set up. However you will need help to do so. Friendly staff, even if in the end they end up not being helpful.

Cons:

The SellerChamp system has been messing up prices and quantities of my inventory for the last 4 motnhs.

Fantastic Platform!

SellerChamp as a platform has been the best we've ever used, and we've been through a lot of them! They are very quick to fix any issues that arise, and the customer service team is probably the best I've ever dealt with from just about ANY company, not just listing platforms!

So easy to use once you figure things out, customer service is top notch and very fast to respond! Best platform we've found! Very feature rich! Seamless multi-platform listing! Everything is pretty much in one place, which makes editing listings a breeze.

Cons:

A bit of a learning curve when first starting out. Sometimes there are outages which can effect your business, but this is fairly uncommon.

Great multichannel selling tool

Have been using SC over four months. From first demo to onboarding, the SC team amazing to work with. We have connected all three channels Amazon, Walmart, Ebay during initial implementation and working on Shopify next. Listing products in marketplace channels is easy with SC pulling data from available sources as soon as we input a barcode, ASIN or manufg part# number. SC keeps our inventory sync and we use for order processing. It also connect with other solutions for shipping and fulfillment. We have tow different locations, we keep track of our inventory locations in SC too. Whenever, we have an issue their support team very responsive, if issue not resolved they follow up without we need to remind them. Overall very happy with the system. Since we start using SC our business efficiency improves, mistakes reduced and the team loving it.

Customer service that makes solving issues easy. Sam is the best customer service LDR Headgear LLC has ever EXPERIENCED.

It does not bridge the shipping cost from Shopify - Amazon

Reasons for switching to SellerChamp

Orders were not being sent from Amazon to Shopify for fulfillment and the customer service was absent. Never helped for over one year. Amazon actually shut down our store for non fulfillment.

Pros:

The easiest way to create listings and cross list to other platforms. I also appreciate that this software has the ability to store individual inventory locations within your warehouse.

Cons:

It has bugs every once in a while. I've tried several other softwares in the past but nothing comes close to what Sellerchamp does. Any other software has their bugs too.

Pros:

Sellerchamp integrates with Ebay and Amazon, which is what I needed. They sync my inventory across both platforms. Their tech support is quick to respond and has been helpful when the occasional bug happens. Also, I love the repricer tool. This has helped me to work my way through some stagnant older items.

Cons:

I can't sort my 4500 items by location within the web interface. So if I want to have my employees check all items in a given area I have to export the data, and use excel to generate a report. Also, there is no place to put the date an item was purchased or the lot/invoice number. This makes tracking where each item came from impossible.

Reasons for switching to SellerChamp

They stopped supporting Amazon. So I had to switch.

SellerChamp is the only service available that does what we need it to do and they do it very well. Tech support is really good and they are very patient. Our listings look good and go up super quick. Saves us a lot of time.

Cons:

I wish they had a direct integration with Reverb but I am sure it is not for lack of trying on SellerChamp's part
