"Not an agile solution for dynamic needs, potential service disruptions during upgrades, challenging to administer the applications, does not prioritize what customers need and innovates something that is not required by customers, rigidity in features, extremely high cost of ownership, implementation cycle is minimum 1 year, buggy applications, requiring data fixes almost every day, the acquired products are terrible which are build for consultancy and not built as products, poor documentation and requires enormous time in training, particularly Leeyo Revpro, Revenue"
