Hi Kurt, Thanks a bunch for your review! We’re thrilled you appreciate the ability to review policies. Regarding the cons you mentioned, I noticed a few things you can already do in Workhub. For example, you can update a procedure and have everyone take another look, depending on the nature of the change. Minor changes, workers don’t need to review. Major changes, worker’s compliance will be reset. Regarding linking policies to safety meetings, there’s a section when you schedule the meeting where you can attach documents. You can download the policy as a PDF and reupload it there. For Formal Hazard Assessments, many of our clients use Other Forms for this, which is super flexible and easy to use. Just a heads-up, our customer success team is here to help you out at no extra cost, so feel free to ask any questions you have about the software and what it can do. Hello Guy, thanks so much for your thoughtful comments! We really appreciate constructive feedback like yours because it helps us improve our software. We’re also working on translating more courses into other languages, like Spanish, and we’re excited to have our courses available in more languages. Your feedback about saving progress in online training is really interesting and a bit of a topic for discussion. Since the training is for safety reasons, we want to keep workers engaged while they complete it. If we allow them to save progress, they might not be as engaged, and they could lose track of what’s been covered, especially if their attention is diverted to other tasks. Thanks, Scott, for checking out Workhub! We’re so happy to hear it’s helping your organization stay compliant. Just a heads-up: the admin view when you create bulletins might look a bit different from what workers see. But don’t worry, it’ll all work out for everyone. Admins only get a sneak peek, while workers see it properly. And about Word documents, you can easily copy information from Word into Workhub.  When you paste, the text editor will ask if you want to “keep” the format, which will keep the information the same as in your Word document, or you can choose to “clean” the format, which will only paste the characters.
