The ability to monitor a clinical trial on daily basis when COVID is restricting all access to sites.

Cons:

Downsides to the software (which have been very few) have been addressed and solved by Smart-trial team that they are non of a issue anymore.

Greenlight guru is very efficient and easy to use. Compared to other EDC platform, Greenlight Guru does well in terms of speed and design interface causing significantly improved work efficiency.

The interface is user-friendly and easy to add and find data. The user can easily navigate to the tabs and panes so one is able to see if data is missing or incorrect. It's also easy to toggle between panes when looking for information.

Sometimes the website is slow and just loading for a while.

I do not like it at all. I have used many different electronic data capture form programs. This is one of the very worst. It is not user friendly; it is cumbersome to use. I hate it.

Not user friendly.Cumbersome.Fields have incorrect decimal places or choices.

A great product with room to grow

i use Greenlight guru for multiple clinical trial studies and for the most part the system is sturdy, quick and easy to train others in. it some have some hic-cups occasionally but its great for most trials and I would recommend it.

Many features for data entry. Depending on the design of the eCRF, there are many ways to match source data based on the available features. The symbols are clear in the way that it shows when a form is incomplete, complete, etc.

Cons:

View for visits and navigation ease is bad. You cannot navigate between visits without leaving page and entering participant view again.

I like the overview of the data events per participant, show if rules, and the ease of use.

Cons:

I dislike how only 1 eConsent module can be used per process, I would like the ability to have the signature in select spots for sub consent portions. Also wish there was a way to apply show if rules in batches.
