- Better proposals keeps our proposal writing process streamlined, impresses our potential clients with the professional look and feel of our proposals, and saves us time by allowing us to add content to a library that we can reuse as a starting point on future proposals we write.
- It's not very easy to pull in existing presentations. While I believe there's a way to pull in a PDF or Word Doc and edit it as a Better Proposal Doc, I haven't figured out how to do that effectively.
- I liked it for its purpose and built in library of templates that wow new contacts, but wasn’t busy enough to justify its expense for the occasional new client proposal needed as it felt more like bells and whistles than necessary
- I find a few difficulties with formatting when printing pages as PDF
