Pros:

Ease of use and functionality. I find that sending documents and making templates is very intuitive. I didn't have to learn anything new or think too hard to start using the product whatsoever. As you know this is important for anyone in finance as we prefer to keep our brains in the "off" position :)

Cons:

I've had a couple insurance companies that only allow a certain few approved companies for their e-sign services. I find this annoying since BlueInk has all necessary certification features (and more than some of the approved options) but that's how the business world is sometimes!

Need More Functionality

I think BlueInk has great potential. BlueInk staff is GREAT to work with and very helpful. I will enjoy seeing BlueInk grow to be as strong, and even stronger, than DocuSign.

Easy to use. I like the Signers portion - keeps track and builds a signer listing.

Cons:

I don't like: 1. limited document formatting options 2. Unable to: a) resend (as a reminder to sign)several documents at one time b) to set up and deploy my own smart documents c) assign an individual(s) to receive a "cc" d) print one document that includes signature document and Certificate of Evidence(s) e) print the Certificate of Evidence as one complete document, with all signers f) create folders to separate completed documents in Archive area

It's so user friendly! I am new, & it's so nice & easy to navigate, I didn't have to spend loads & loads of time trying to learn a new program too.

Cons:

In adding signatures to pages, it would be nice to just be able to scroll & not have to click a new page, but that's me being really picky, I really enjoy it!

Cons:

I am not totally sure how to go about asking a question or getting support when I am stuck! BlueInk provides a great FAQ section, but sometimes my question isn't there.
