About Formstack Sign

Formstack Sign is a cloud-based electronic signature solution that can also be deployed on-premise. The platform helps small to large sized businesses collect e-signatures for document authorization, ensure privacy and access the system across multi-devices. Formstack Sign offers a host of features such as customizable templates, drag-and-drop interface, electronic file conversion, signer redirection/referral, reusable forms and more.

The platform syncs with Google and Outlook to help users import contact information. Additionally, it allows users to personalize documents with custom fonts, branding and colors. Formstack Sign enables users to create password protected documents that can be signed via SMS/text messages. To ensure legal compliance, the solution includes an audit trail for all documentation. The product is available on a per user per month subscription and support is extended via email and online helpdesk.

Your clients can call in and request a policy, changes to a policy or anything else that's requiring their signature. You can email them the documents and save them a trip into the office.
Cons:
There's nothing I don't like about the software. Its user friendly.

The ability to be completely paperless and have a process with such ease of use to our clients is second to none. We've been using Insuresign since 2014 and have no thought that it won't always be of use in our office.
Cons:
There's nothing we don't like, although there are enhancements we suggest to the development team here and there and they listen to our requests and either make them happen or let us know why something might not work how we want it to.

InsureSign - easy to use

it is great. I use InsurSign everyday to get applications, changes, forms, etc. signed. There are a lot of times where I need the signature that day - with InsureSign it only takes minutes.

Everything about this system is super easy. I use it everyday - even people that aren't "computer savvy" can use this system.
Cons:
If there are 2 documents in the box when you open it up - i cant figure out how to only send one of those documents.

Pros:
I love the fact I can quickly and easily send our clients applications and forms to sign. The process is quick and easy and saves us so much time and money on renewals and other transactions needing signatures vs snail mail. I am so glad we implemented this.

This program is perfect for what we need.

This software saves us so much effort (calling to remind customers we are waiting on signatures, scanning and emailing blank pdf's which customers must then sign, scan, and fax back.) It makes the process of doing business much more streamlined.

The simplicity of InsureSign is fantastic. It's easily the best bang for anyone's buck. There's many options for a customer's input such as Full Name, Signature, Date, Text Field, Initials etc. Once a customer has completed their E-signature - I can choose to have the completed docs CC'd to my CSR who can then save to our agency management system.
