About Signaturely

Signaturely is a cloud-based eSignature solution designed to help businesses collect approvals on documents securely. Features include alerts, bulk send, team management, version control, customizable branding, audit log and data import. Users can upload files or prepare documents using pre-defined templates and add required fields to guide recipients through the document. Signers can receive documents via email and view them remotely on any device.

Supervisors can set up automated reminders to track pending, signed or unsigned documents and store them in a centralized repository. Signaturely saves digital imprints of signee's interactions such as IP address, location, name, email address and more. It also allows managers to track the number of document views, signed or sent. Signaturely offers integration with multiple third-party applications including Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive and Box. It is available on annual and monthly subscriptions and support is provided via email and phone.

Great Product That Has Room to Grow

5

I like it. It gets the job done of getting e-signatures on documents. Signaturely sends me emails when the document has been signed, which is pretty much what I wanted in an e signature program.

Pros:
The ease of use in uploading documents for signatures. You just upload, drag and drop and input where you want the signatures.
Cons:
It does seem however that you can't upload batch documents into one email for signatures. I also disliked that there is no integration for zapier, integrately, or pabbly.

Reasons for switching to Signaturely

It was a little clunky and had issues with government forms that I would use for signatures.

Pros:
What a lot of other solutions in this market don't get and Signaturely nails is that I hate admin work I don't want to spend hours doing unnecessary stuff rather than focusing on my business. From annoying onboarding and initial set up to utterly complex customization is super annoying whereas right from the time I shifted to Signaturely it's been super super easy and quick to do through the whole process not just for me but for the person on the other side of the deal as well. The really astonishing part is that it is also incredibly powerful at the same time as well. I have been recommending it to a lot of people and have heard similar feedback from others too and the pricing is super affordable when compared to alternatives
Cons:
There is really nothing which you can not like about the product because being a new product it is already getting work done far better than all the alternatives out there.

Reasons for switching to Signaturely

DocuSign was decent but a little overwhelming for me.

Pros:
It is very easy to use and set-up. In under 2 minutes you can start signing documents and uploading your own contracts.
Cons:
This is not related to the software, but some people still prefer to print things. For me that's the problem.

Reasons for choosing Signaturely

Easier and cheaper. For me it makes more sense.

It doesn't get easier than this

5

I regularly need to sign NDAs and certain kinds of agreements with clients. I have both templates saved into my Signaturely account and it's as easy as choosing the right template, adding a signee, and sending the doc away. I usually get a signature in the next hour or so.

Pros:
I tried multiple solutions to get contracts and proposals signed by clients and they always feel super complex. Setting it all up, customizing docs, branding stuff... Yeah, you get some cool features here and there, but it all seems to get in the way of the very simple thing that I want to do: get a signature and get my projects started. This is where Signaturely shines! It makes things reaaaaaally simple for me, my team, and my potential clients. If Signaturely doesn't have a particular feature you might get from other tools out there, it probably is because you don't need it anyway.
Cons:
The product is new so there are things that could be improved. But all the basics you need to send out documents and get them signed are already there.

Reasons for choosing Signaturely

Signaturely is the easiest option. I don't need all the fancy stuff that comes with DocuSign or PandaDoc.

Pros:
I love how easy it is to get your account set up and begin using it. I get the power of onboarding to customize the user experience, but some companies go way too over the top with this right off the bat. Signaturely did not. I love how easy it was.
Cons:
Nothing yet! Still very new to the software and I know the product itself is very new. I'm sure there will be some minor tweaks that still need to be worked out, but the team is awesome at making you aware of their roadmpa.

Reasons for switching to Signaturely

I wanted to save a couple bucks per month without sacrificing quality. I also love supporting new/early Founders and this was perfect.

We only used Signaturely for a bunch of documents, so I still need to test it when we'll have more files and requests, but so far it has fulfilled all our needs.

Pros:
Signaturely interface is uncluttered and very easy to deal with. Uploading a document is very simple and quick.
Cons:
Working in a translation company, I'd appreciate more interface language (both for the back-end and for the front-end), but all in all I have no complaints.

Reasons for choosing Signaturely

We found a very good offer and the quality-money ratio was unbeatable.

Cons:
Haven't really found a thing that I do not like about it!

Reasons for choosing Signaturely

DocuSign costs way more. As a manager of martech stacks for clients, this is critical.

Reasons for switching to Signaturely

Because manual signing is cumbersome and not of this time any longer.
