About airSlate SignNow

signNow is a cloud-based e-signature solution for small, midsize and large businesses. It provides form templates, email notifications, two-factor authentication and several export options. Built-in templates can be used to set up the document and may also be customized per user requirements. The software maintains an audit log that displays the entire document creation and signing history for verification purposes.

The platform allows users to view the details such as IP addresses, date of signing and the device used for creating or signing the document. Mobile apps for Android and iOS devices enable users to complete documents remotely. Custom branding, bulk send tools, a kiosk mode for mobile use and the creation of signing links are also included. signNow can be integrated with programs such as Salesforce, Office 365, Google Apps and Google Drive. signNow is available on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via knowledge base.

Its value for money.the basic plan cost less than 10$.i also like it has the antivirus scanning aspect after we upload document giving more security.

Can't do without signNow for our agreements

We switched over to signNow after having enough of our previous e-sign tool. Performance was the most important factor for us as we had a couple big deals fall through in the past due to errors with the signing process. And so far, signNow has been very impressive. We haven't ran into any performance issues, and all the other factors like integrations, data safety, ease of use, etc., are pretty good too.

Pros:
signNow provides a much smoother service than other e-sign tools I've tried in the past. Namely, the PDF scanning feature, the smooth field alignment, good uptime, and all the compliances makes it very hassle-free to use. We usually scan our docs but we had to create several docs from scratch as well and the template library was very helpful when doing so because you don't have to do everything form the beginning but can just pick a standard agreement and edit where necessary.
Cons:
I can't think of anything mahor to complain about, but I think the pricing could be an issue for some SMBs. Maybe more plans to cater to all plrice ranges would be helpful

So easy to use, and easy to share signsture requests with others. The free trial option at the time allows new cliwnts to just sign without paying the subscription thus ensuring future ease of use when closing with new clients, or handy when you really need others signatures. At the time, i used the trial version and found myself loving the app, as it is so versatile and easy to share with clients or talent. Especially if you have amended contracts or forgot to get their signatures. The shareability of this program makes it one of the best apps apund

The price point can be a little high at times, especially when facing financially tough seasons but having it around is muh better than the alternatives.

SignNow - A Solid Option for Electronic Signatures

I've had a good experience with SignNow. It works well when integrated properly with other software. We fill out all our information on our crew lists in Airtable and click one button to send out contracts to everyone on our crew lists. SignNow auto-populates the information and sends out the document. Once it's completed the document comes back to airtable and updates any changes made (address, email, etc) in our system.

Fairly straightforward. Easy to pickup without a big learning curve. We've also integrated the software with Airtable. The unlimited number of signatures is a huge plus. Other electronic signature software cap your signatures per month or year.
Cons:
While it is a good alternative to DocuSign and other signature software, it also doesn't feel as robust. You're a limit more limited on what you can do with it compared to others. We've figured out a workaround or two, but SignNow still gets the job done.

DocuSign caps the number of signatures you can collect every year. It only works out to be around 8 signatures per month. It's way too expensive for the limited number of signatures you can collect.

SignNow Helped Eliminate Lag Time in Contract Signing

Overall our experience has been great, and I enthusiastically recommend signNow. The primary function of the software is great - we can easily add fields and get documents sent off for signature, and have had no complaints or concerns from users on how to complete their online signatures.

Pros:
SignNow gives us the ability to conduct business online, which became critical during Covid-19 and, frankly, helped push us more fully into the digital age. Our clients love being able to review and sign documents from home, and we've saved a considerable amount of lag time between creating documents, mailing them to the clients and having them sign or mail them back. Half our younger generation clients don't have printers, or scanners, but are quite happy to sign online, and with signNow, so are we. The software is super easy to use in adding signature and other fields, and gives all parties copies of the executed documents, which saves us another step on the back end too.
Cons:
There are multiple tiers of product available, and we've chosen the lowest tier. The features we like least may be available in the premium package options, so take this with a grain of salt. But I would like to have clients able to upload documents. To have the software remember past customer's names, not just emails (we have to manually type them in, each time, right now). To customize the subject line of messages. To upload word docs and separate PDFs into one signature item, vs having to PDF and merge prior to uploading.

SignNow helps to cut out inefficiencies in doing business. It does that by allowing us to get necessary documents signed quickly without us having to scan pages and constantly run behind people to get signatures.
Cons:
I can’t say that there’s really much that I don’t like about this software. If I had to point out one thing, I’d ask for the ability to reduce the time to sign all the way down to 1 day. Currently that minimum is 3 days.
