Pros and cons of SignRequest software

Overall experience was nice we were able to track our progress and get the useful features to Maintain the productivity.

Pros:

Most helpful features of SignRequest software were: 1. Customized templates: where it helps to manage the new template which are ready to go we just need to edit them based on our requirements. 2. Authentication: system authentication is good in case of SignRequest application in fact better than PandaDoc. 3. Reminders: This one is yet another main feature why we chose SignRequest as it's good to have regular reminder to maintain the productivity.

Cons:

Basically there were two cons which i have personally experienced. 1. File storage capacity is not as good as of PandaDoc software 2. In a long run the software seems to be bit more expensive ( monthly subscription)

Pros:

For the price, this product has been worth every penny! It's streamlined our contract signing process with our clients that used to be cumbersome.

Cons:

There doesn't seem to be a feature whereby we could securely store a client's credit card information along with their signed contract.

It's much more affordable but still offers most of the features we need.

Perfect fit for re-launching my practice.

It's been over a year now since I started using SignRequest for electronic signatures and it's brought me peace of mind knowing I didn't need to scramble to find something else.

Pros:

After taking a year off to work on other projects, I needed something simple to re-start seeing clients. I knew my client load wouldn't be huge so wanted to use an electronic signature platform that wouldn't break the bank as I rebuilt. SignRequest made it simple and provided just that.

Cons:

So far SignRequest has met my needs in getting going again and I haven't had any problems. I will be curious to see if it continues to be a good fit as my needs change.

Pros:

It's SOOOO easy to set up and use. Also it integrates easily with our CRM Ontraport via Zapier. I was able to customize the templates and look and feel really nicely. The pricing is AWESOME!

Cons:

It is run via email address. Inside the signrequest interface thats the only field you can search by. Ideally it would be great to be able to also store first and last name. Also it would be good to be able to retreive a link to the actual document via the API.

The price was unbeatable, plus the customizability and the ease of integration without doing any coding with our CRM Ontraport.

A great tool for having documents signed by 3rd parties

Previously we we replying on sending pdf contracts that required our partners to download, sign and then scan in order to return to us. Using SignRequest has enabled us to use digital signing technology making the experience better for everyone.

Pros:

This is an excellent tool for receiving digital signatures on documents. I started using it in an older form and it had some limitations, but after some well needed updates the system has improved so much.

Cons:

It can be time consuming formatting documents, but the ability to save documents as templates greatly helps if you are using the same documents again and again. A snap to grid feature or align function would help a great deal when setting out fields to complete.

Very happy customer!

I am a solo professional pet sitter. The old way, I was printing out several contracts and documents for my clients to sign. It was costly because I was buying new ink cartridges monthly. Now all I do is set up a template, click where I want them to sign, and email it to them. It's so easy!

It's very user friendly. And you get a lot of value for your money.

Cons:

I've only had it a few months, but I have yet to find anything I don't like about it.

Reasons for choosing SignRequest

Price. On the other services I researched and "free trialed", on their lowest plan I was only able to send a handful of documents. On their second lowest, I could send unlimited documents but the price was way out of range of how much I planned on spending. SignRequest is cost effective and does all the things those other companies do.

- Great Value for Money, especially if you need to send more than 1 document - Easy-to-use annotiations

Cons:

- the fact your mail always gets the title of the first attachment and you can't change it. - sometimes the receiving party thinks they finish the process while they haven't finished signing yet. - the overview of pending documents can be improved (titles, status)
