I switched to Flodesk about a year ago looking for something long-term, with beautiful and minimalist templates, and it’s been exactly that. The pricing was affordable and unlimited at the time, so it was a no-brainer. What really makes them stand out is their customer support. You actually get to talk to a real person who takes the time to understand your question, helps you out, and even follows up if you’re still having issues. I’ve been really happy with their service and plan to stick with them. Cons: The lack of templates. The ones they have are beautiful, but they feel a bit stiff with very limited customization. I wish there was a real drag-and-drop option to move elements around and create something more personalized, instead of only using pre-designed layouts. Also, Flodesk doesn’t integrate directly with WooCommerce or Kadence, so I have to use a third-party plugin to connect everything. It works, but it adds an extra step and increases the overall cost of email marketing, which can be a little frustrating.
