Fixed our spam problem

Of course, the results we could get using this tool. The platform is very automated, so my mailboxes are permanently warmed up and my clients and prospects are receiving my letters in the Inbox. Also should mention the team - they are super organized and result driven.

Cons:

The hardest thing is to set up everything at the beginning, then it’s easy to use and track the results.

Proven to be effective

Overall, Folderly performed as they said they would and truly increased inbox landing rates. Not much more you can ask for here - they gave us what we needed and improved our outreach performance.

Necessary tool for everyone who sends emails. Deliverability fixed

About the software, I’ve enjoyed that there’s not that much you need to do, it’s automated, but you really see the metrics grow. We could track a great increase in the open and reply rates. The support team does their best. I have enjoyed working with them.

Great spam fix tool, appreciation for support team

I highly recommend Foldely as a spam fix and email delivery tool. You just sign up and let it solve your deliverability issues.

Spam fixed and email deliverability improved, I recommend.

The platform is intuitive and quite easy to use. Everything is shown on the dashboard. The goal for us was to improve deliverability of our email campaigns and get them out of spam and promotion folders to the inbox of the prospects. We have definitely solved our problems with Folderly. Our mailboxes are warmed up, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are reset correctly, deliverability increased so we have high open and reply rates. To mention, I appreciated the enthusiastic work of [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] from the customer success team. She helped with the process and was always there for us to have all the updates and questions answered.

Pros:

That it is a supplementary tool for each email service provider. From several mailboxes our emails were going to spam due to SPF settings and poor sender score. When using Folderly, I am sure that our recipients see emails in the Inbox. The support team is very nice.

I prefer to have a set up process as a video. Apart from that - all good.

Workable way to increase email engagement

We use Folderly in several departments. The platform helped us to solve delivery pitfalls for several sales and marketing mailboxes. Sometimes we were getting replies that our emails were found in spam, so some business processes were holding.

Pros:

It works as promised. Their technology to "warm up" emails is unmatched. I don't know of another service out there that does it as effectively as Folderly.

Cons:

Onboarding required some support, but that could be because we have a unique setup for email. Once it was setup, things went very smooth. It can also be very expensive at $200/user/mo, which would end up being $1400/mo for our company if we used it as we should. But we just limit to one user, and it still is still very effective.
