Buggy, Buggy Product with Terrible Customer Support

Terrible! Do not use this software unless you want to waste your time and money.

Pros:

This feature is the entire reason to use this product but it is incredibly buggy. It is hard to explain just how buggy the product is. The only thing worse than how buggy it is, is how unresponsive the customer support team is.

Cons:

customer support seems to be staffed by one person who addresses a couple of questions while working through the buggy product. Then he disappears without notice for 24 hours. He doesn't come in later the next day and address the questions he abandoned and you need to start all over again. The worst customer service experience ever. They would be better to not offer it than to have this experience.

Price was the reason we went with this product and now I know why the price is so good - because the product is so buggy and the customer service is so bad.

I have had a great expericence with Success.ai as their software has made things a lot easier, and productive. Their automations work flawlessly, and save me a lot of time. Even the support experience was amazing when I had questions on getting things setup initially, as they were very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

nothing really, I am pretty happy with them overall, and the closest thing to a downside that I can say would be there is a bit if a learning curve in getting started, but it is not nearly as bad as most of the other tools I have used, and their support team is very helpful as i had previously said.

Keap is garbage, and their pricing just keeps going up, but they never add new features and the prodcut quality is horrible.

They're reliable and fast ROI, we have calculated that it would need 2800$ total investment to get maximum of the Success.ai so after three or months we close one deal and that deal would become 1000% ROI because we sell high ticket marketing and software development service to the construction builders.

Cons:

I can't blast out emails, but probably that's all like that with all of the tools available on market.
