This in no way is a reflection of faulty or inferior product, it's something I found challenging as I didn't have the time or staff to become proficient in creating email campaigns.

Trustpilot is useful for tracking customer opinions and establishing credibility for the brand, as well as making marketing decisions, and it brings reviews together into one place so that trends and issues can be easier to spot over time.

It seems like it's a bit of a 'necessary evil' to have, on one hand we need a system to collect customer reviews, but also the ability to reply to any reviews and so we're left paying for this expensive bit of software just to manage our reputation.
