About BrandMail

BrandMail by BrandQuantum is an email signature solution that helps businesses design and manage employees' email signatures through an integration with Microsoft Outlook application. It enables marketing teams to run advertising campaigns, create company banners and conduct surveys or polls.

BrandMail offers a host of features such as notifications, user management, reporting, collaboration and more. The application allows employees to include additional details such as social media profile links, birthdays, qualifications and certifications to their electronic signatures. Additionally, it lets employees track the number of views, clicks and user locations for signatures with most views.

BrandMail lets administrators create signatures using customizable templates and monitor the performance of banners and campaigns. Pricing is available on a monthly subscription and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

Pros:

Working with the BrandMail Team is seamless. As soon as a request is sent to the team via email, the ticket is logged and the request actioned and implemented within the timeframe requested, if not before. They are helpful with giving advice and recommendations to improve marketing via their platforms. The way in which our marketing is integrated within our 6 campuses enables us to get our marketing message out there more effectively and reach a wider audience.

Cons:

Honestly, I have not had a reason to dislike anything about BrandMail, or their Team.

Cons:

I find the cost of it prohibitive when compared to other products in the market.

Literally everyone should be using BrandMail!

1. Keeping our branding consistent in all emails (and not giving team members the opportunity to mess things up) 2. Keeping our most up-to-date materials in one place for simple attachment 3. Saving team members time by using mail templates and not forcing them to go to a specific website to copy/paste scripts

I've been trying to figure out the best way to verbalize the way I smile whenever a new employee thanks me for their beautiful signature and I know that they won't be able to break it no matter how hard they try or cheer when my [SENSITIVE CONTENT] says that it's a real game changer to be able to have all our most updated attachments right there in her email instead of forcing her to search for things in SharePoint or giggle when I upload a new email template to make tech support's job easier, so basically what I'm saying to you in this massive run-on sentence is that you will experience real joy from using BrandMail. I promise.

Cons:

If you're one of those people who doesn't read an instruction manual, like me, it will take a while to learn and retain everything you need to know. But the leadership team is always there to answer questions (even when the time difference means they're answering questions at 10pm their time!) and the Knowledge Base is expansive.

Beautiful branding and great service

It has been relatively easy to teach my coworkers how to use BrandMail and they are using the templates frequently, which streamlines and provides consistent communication with our clients.

Our company is very happy with the professional branding of our emails. It's definitely an upgrade in professionalism and marketing, and the shared templates have proved useful for multiple departments. We have a complex setup, with multiple offices internationally and BrandMail is able to accommodate easily. [sensitive content hidden] has been especially devoted and helpful in getting us up and running and happily making all the tweaks requested by upper management. [sensitive content hidden] has been an excellent technical resource, walking me through installation challenges and other hiccups.

Cons:

I would love to see BrandMail offer the ability to copy templates between toolbars/companies. This would make my job as an admin a little bit easier. We did have some technical IT challenges with BrandMail installation, but these were likely due to specific parameters of our server and remote setup.

Overall a great experience with the product & again an amazing team. We've received many compliments from customers & vendors regarding our signatures. Many were really impressed with the design.

BrandMail - Amazing Product and Staff

Easy to deal with and helpful company. They are very professional and so helpful with any learning curve I had. The product is very professional and integrates well with our Microsoft O365 email.
