About Dynasend

Dynasend is a cloud-based email signature management solution designed to help organizations of all sizes streamline the creation and deployment of corporate signatures for Gmail, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and various other systems.

Users can create signature layouts using HTML coding or graphics and manage image pixelization, text spacing and image attachments. Dynasend includes a self-service campaign management feature, which allows marketers to manage campaigns by specifying location URL, landing page URL, targeted audience and more. Email signatures can be automatically generated in batches via a spreadsheet. HR professionals can use the online portal to check the suitability of signature templates, make updates and set up ownership of signatures.

Dynasend is available for a one-time fee and support is offered via phone, email and documentation.

Very handy for making professional-looking signatures

Overall good. The installation instructions tend to confuse people though. They over-complicate it.

Although everything is great. But if there could be a centralized connection to office365 and signatures automatically updates on the devices if changes are made to signatures on dynasend, that would be amazing.
