I like that it ensures all employees use the same design, logos, fonts, and formatting. It helps present a unified corporate identity across all outgoing emails. I can manage and update all employee signatures from one dashboard. Useful for company-wide changes like rebranding, compliance updates, or promotional banners.

Cons:

Some systems we have been looking at may not support automated email signatures. Other than that, there are no real cons.

The worse policy, looking for an alternative, I have requested a trial, they offered me a trial for £1,000.00. hobible customer service. avoid at any cost

Cons:

Once setup the ease of maintaining and the ability to add different signatures for different departments as well as assigning banners.

Cons:

My lack of knowledge hindered the process at times but I'm catching on pretty quickly. Rocketseed has been a great help getting us setup.
