GeoHECRAS vs SolidWorks Premium: Which is best for you?

The software makes it seamless and streamlines the process of cutting sections visually in a correct geographic area and creating your hydraulic sections for modeling purposes.

Sometime editing the roadway geometry does not work and I wish you could draw reaches using a surface so it could find the low point of a channel.

My overall experience with SolidWorks has been great, it's easy enough to use for jr. engineers to learn, and advanced enough for senior engineers to leverage creating blueprints very quickly and efficiently.

The downside of this software is its sadddenly crashes sometimes ,so all the work we have done before crashing will be lost.
