I especially liked the flexibility in creating agendas and automating communication. While there was a bit of a learning curve at the start, once I became familiar with the system, it was very efficient and reliable.

Some functions aren’t intuitive, and it takes extra training to feel confident navigating the system.

More detailed reporting, segmentation, clearer visualisation tools, and greater flexibility in exporting or customising data would make it much easier to evaluate event performance and draw meaningful insights for conversion campaigns.

Some of the basic reporting we wanted from the system had to have custom reports created or couldn't provide all the info we wanted in 1 report.
