About Sparxo

Sparxo is a cloud-based event ticketing and registration solution, which helps businesses of all sizes manage a guest database and process payments through web and mobile. Features include virtual events, data import/export, email notifications, event publishing and point-of-sale.

The application enables planners to embed events on the website using custom widgets and create event pages with audio, videos and pictures. Organizers can set multiple ticket levels, offer deals and define timeframes for sale of tickets. With Sparxo's mobile check-in module, volunteers can scan ticket’s QR codes during entry, retrieve visitor data by name, email or ticket code and track check-in history. Supervisors can also determine high-performing channels and calculate the number of sold tickets.

Sparxo provides integration with several third-party platforms including Facebook, Stripe, and Squarespace. It comes with a mobile application for iOS. Pricing is based on cost of tickets and support is extended via documentation, phone and email.

    Pros:
    Sparxo has a great layout and passes the fees along. Organizers have greater flexibility in ticketing and fee options with a clean interface. I also love the gamification aspect of encouraging sharing of events.
    Cons:
    The inability to link social media platforms and lack of scalable fees similar to Sparxo's fees is a struggle.

    The best event ticketing platform

    I prefer to use Sparxo instead of any other ticketing platform. I think that the strength of the company is its team, because you have a 24/7 team that kindly helps you in any doubt or problem.

    It's very easy to use and gives you a lot of alternatives to personalize your event guests. The support team are always there whenever you need it, and they help you in any doubt that you can have.
    Cons:
    The app for check in isn't working for iOS 12. That could be a problem for iPhone user that have updated the software and they want to do the check in their cell phones.

    Thank you so much for your honest and kind feedback. We have tested our Sparxo check-in app on iOS 12 and have not encountered any issues. However, we do not have any of the newest iPhones such as 10, X, or XS. By chance, do you have one of these newer phones? This would help us understand the issue so we can investigate it further to make sure it works. For iOS 12, we have tested it on iPhones 8, 7, and 6.

    There is no automatic waitlist option, it is overly complicated to access guest lists, the software must have been created by someone with zero events experience as all common sense functionality is missing, the help pages are BLANK, and the customer service takes hours to respond and then is useless.

    To be totally fair, I don't see any benefit to using Sparxo vs all the other ticket vendors. I would prefer a ticket vendor that has a massive community.

    I liked how minimal the design of it all was. I appreciated how easy it was to get started. From what I recall the fees weren't too high either.
    Cons:
    I like using the bouncer app by UPALLNIGHT, in order to bring all my ticket vendors together for one easy check in process. Wish it connected to bouncer. I also don't like how there isn't a massive community around sparxo like eventbrite or upallnight, where people might stumble across my event.

When importing, we also analyze the data for you as we would for registrations on our system. You are correct in terms of a massive following. We are currently not focused on providing marketing for you. We believe that your brand is the most important when growing your community and event organization. This is why we give you all the tools to own your brand including the ability to work with other systems easily such as UpAllNight or EventBrite to help you with marketing. We do not do cross promotions to your hard earn customers the way they do. We simply believe you should own your brand and the entire digital experience.

    Their personal attention to their customers is impressive. My husband and I love the live chat option. We love being able to get things done quickly and when we have help that is willing to assist quickly then we appreciate that!
    Cons:
    I hate that we can't integrate our social media or link our social media to sparxo. Being able to share more with our customers about who we are and the events that we are hosting through social media would be helpful. Other than that, no complaints really.

    It's easy to use. We just dropped the code into our website, it took very little effort on our part.
    Cons:
    Not as tightly integrated as I'd like but we need to revisit it. We are about to set up an event calendar system with ticketing integrated. Thank you for reminding me to circle back with Sparxo!

    I love the templates which allows greater impact online presence .I was amazed of all the choices that could be used .

    Once again we have to go back and look at cost is it worth charging the excessive fee to the customer

    It's very simple to use and almost addicting to use. I've been creating all my events with Sparxo. The layout is beautiful and the process of registering for an event is very simple and smooth. I also love the charts and sharing options.
    Cons:
    I haven't found anything that I don't like. Every time I had a question, I received support immediately.
