The experience has been good so far. If you could address the following challenges, it would be great: The application would benefit from streamlining processes. 1. When using the mobile/tablet app during an event, there is a filter for confirmed only on the Guest Facesheet section not on the Guest List section. So we have to physically type "confirmed" to see those who are confirmed. If the event is really large, it benefits us to have a filter for confirmed and checked-in so the search feature can be used only to type names. If we have to waste the search function by typing "confirmed," then we have to scroll to look for someone and if the event is really large or if we don't have last names, it's really time consuming to locate someone (and we don't use a Facesheet for such large events). 2. Much like the memory function for photos, it would be wonderful if the memory function could work for some fields. We currently have to re-type the Organization field for each event to populate on the Facesheet each time even when someone is a repeat guest. 3. The Relationships function in the guest profiles don't seem to have much functionality when it comes to seeing the guest list and facesheet. 4. The commas being added to the Facesheet are great and obviously needed, but I think the only reason people wanted this is because there was no way to sort by Last Name then First Name and showing the name formatted normally as First Name then Last Name on the Facesheet. If you could add the feature to be able to sort by Last Name then First Name but still be able to see the First Name first then Last Name that would be amazing. 5. Sometimes when working on the All Guests list in the web application prior to the event, when saving, the list platform does not return you back to the same place you were. Sometimes it returns you to the specific Guest List where that profile is that you were editing. We don't want that. We want to return back to All Guests. Sometimes it also jumbles your place on the list or the filters you selected previously are reset and it returns you to the beginning of the list and this is all frustrating especially when working on a an event with a large guest list.

Was able to start using it to send invitations to events with a minimum of practice/training. I like how easy it is to import/export guest list information and to capture information about dietary/access reqs. Also the check-in feature is very easy to use, and makes greeting people very smooth with a minimum of fuss/button pressing. Our account syncs up really well between devices which means during busy events it's easy to keep track of who has arrived and how many etc. I like that you can search guests by their name/surname or email, makes it very easy to use alongside our other databases.
Cons:
A couple of (hopefully) helpful suggestions: It's not always that easy to paste copy into text box when making a communication, and sometimes it's difficult to change the font. It would also be great if there were more fonts available, particularly Aptos, to be more compatible with Word or other programmes. Also I think earlier in the year the functionality of the test email changed, so that any form confirmations would actually be sent to the test user even if the email used was not theirs. This led to some of our donors receiving 'sorry you're not able to join us' emails prior to receiving the invitation to the event. It would have been nice to have been notified in advance that this change would take effect - there was a notification on the site but only after this had taken place. And actually, it would be great if we could test the functionality of form responses without an email being sent out, as before. Thanks!

Ease of sending out invites and collecting guests list, plus easy copying of older communications (we use this feature all the time)
Cons:
There are a few features I miss. 1. It's important for my guests that their companions' names also figure on the printed seating list. This, however, is not possible currently. ("Relationships" does cover this issue for me, as I don't want to have to invite their partner seperatedly.) 2. If I want to print the seating list in A2, the text doesn't scale up; I just get more white on the page. I would love to be able to scale up the text on the seating list so it fits A2. 3. When making the seating plan, I sometimes need to seperate couples so they are not sitting beside each other, and this is not currently possible. I don't want to be forced to use Zkipster's table etiquette over our own. 4. I often have problems with formatting the text in the invitation when I have to copy a text a co-worker has send to me in an e-mail, and put it in the Zkipster invite.

I think it works well, it has been very helpful, is useful to be able to use the platform in at least two devices, I appreciate that is very user-friendly -no brain breaker to use it. And also it is quite clean app.

That I can use it on my phone and is very intuitive.
Cons:
Well.. it left me hanging a few times in a few events recently ... it seems that you cannot use the app in different devices at the same time .. I had to be logged in 3 ipads (that were all mine) but were set in different places physically and this did not work, so I had to be running around the place.. Also, while using it on the computer the app does not work as fast -- and you cannot filter the search as much as it'd be useful - for example know how many people from one same company have arrived or check -in .. you have to count them manually.

You have to start invitations from scratch each time, with there was a template feature in which you could create a general template to reuse.

There are many restrictions within the email templates. It's hard to ensure consistency with how emails appear across different users--the coding can be inconsistent and messy on the backend when you try to fix it yourself.

Customer since 2016, we´ve been a heavy user. The features added since the beginning make zkipster the top platform for checkin and registration. With +150 events per year, we can testify that the platform is stable, reliable, easy of use, with features link SMS text on arrival, or seating, that improve the value added to the customers.
