"After almost 3 months I never was fully functional. And they wanted to charge me more money on top of the three monthly payments I already made. And on top of the onboarding that I already paid."
"There is nothing to like after paying for 3 months of service and the onboarding fee I never was up and running. And they wanted to charge me more money. And there was no refund which is bs considering how much I paid and how little I got."
"The program has a "popup" that says "email sent successfully" whether or not the email was sent, which is deceitful and misleading. If you do complain about this they will invariably place the blame on the email service they partner with, which is unacceptable."
