I’d be very critical to pick something I don’t like but maybe a list of certain phases of training plans but again this is down to the coach to do.

For managing workouts and client communication, it’s straightforward and reliable.

The software having to be used on Safari, how slow it can get, the glitches where I would copy a specific workout to place it onto another day and another copy of another workout would upload instead, and the random glitches it has at times in general.
