First Due vs Rescue Hub: Which is best for you?

The system has helped us streamline and share information internally with our members and externally with other agencies. While we currently do not utilize all the modules First Due has to offer, we recognize the benefits the modules we don't use have, and as our department continues to grow, we appreciate that First Due will grow with us to continue to meet our needs.

The form designer inherent to the system is not intuitive and lacks the ability to do much more than customize the logo header at the top of the page.

There are two or three reports I run regularly, and it would be nice to have a saved report query to click on when I need it.

I would like to list some of the things I am running into that have made it difficult to enter in the needed data on each volunteer EMT.
