"Another is sometime the vehicle maintenance doesn't work correctly when a oil change is completed and the help desk had to fix it by changing the date on when it was performed by one day."
"It makes it difficult to figure out the issue. When GPS insight finds a bug I would like to see communication to the customer on what it is, what is being done to address it and when it will be fixed."
