"Sometimes one screen (maybe camera screen) will say the driver is ON DUTY and another screen (hour of service report) will say the driver is DRIVING so it's not 100% uniform across the platform. And I dont like that the driver cant be given a warning when they are following too close or when they are speeding BEFORE they get hit with the infraction."
"On occasion, we have had lapses in the availability of video data from key events, and this has made it harder to settle accident cases. Whether these lapses were caused by tech issues or internal errors is still not clear."
"It seems that every time an update comes out, the update causes issues with other things inside the app, so then what it feels like is that the update isn't tested thoroughly to see if it is going to cause issues for other things in the app. "
