"Sometimes one screen (maybe camera screen) will say the driver is ON DUTY and another screen (hour of service report) will say the driver is DRIVING so it's not 100% uniform across the platform. And I dont like that the driver cant be given a warning when they are following too close or when they are speeding BEFORE they get hit with the infraction."
"In some cases, the support team doesn't understand your need, also we need to get a list of known bugs before we call, example we can't get rid of the Spanish speaking trainings and the system will assign them to drivers that don't speak Spanish."
