The ease of use is so important. I love that all the data is easily readable, and it tracks it across locations and across different evaluations. It makes it very easy for us to identify problem areas within our shops and allows us to better prepare for the future.

There is not much that I do not like about MeazureUp.

The checklists and audits are a game changer for retail chains. Having access to each and every location in one centralized place with completion rates, averages, and outliers are super helpful when managing multiple locations.

I wish there were reminders that could be set to complete tasks if they have not been started within the application.

Aside from the software what we really like is the ability to reach out to MeazureUp and have them change things on the fly. They are great to work with.

Every so often a glitch might occur with our tablets. Grant it i think that's usually from Apple updates. The ipad has been the most successful tablet for us to use.

Moving from Pen and Paper audits was a great benefit for us. Really allowed us to better track our store audits and dive deeper into the data

For our daily check standpoint, we use a temperature log. I feel that the user end could be simplified to make it easier on the end. It appears that one of the competitors in the market (RiskLimiter) has a more inclusive temp log with interactive thermometers.

Our Compliance Mate temp sensors have been critical in providing real time feedback on the performance of our store's refrigeration systems and in assisting us with the diagnoses of problems as they occur. Thom Schmitt has been a very responsive and helpful rep and usually responds to requests within a few hours.

There are only two features that we would like to see changed: 1) We cannot login directly to Compliance Mate from the login portal. Instead, when we enter our username and password at the login portal page, we are redirected to a page with a "Server Not Found" notice and then have to return to the home page to access the dashboard. It is a bit of an awkward dance. 2) When we enter a note about a refrigeration system that has been outside of its range for more than two hours, the monitoring automatically turns off. However, sometimes this note is entered after the problem is resolved and we would like the monitoring to remain on. We would greatly benefit from having the option and ability of enabling or disabling monitoring for any of our monitored units at any time. This would allow us to re-enable monitoring as soon as repairs are completed and prevent us from receiving alert calls at times that routine cleaning and maintenance are being performed. There are also occasionally times when the dashboard page does not update/refresh properly for some reason and the temperatures shown are outdated (e.g., from the previous day). When this happens, the temps and time stamps for each individual monitor do not match the dashboard overview of all monitors.

That i can customize each report as it fits my needs

I would have luked to rate sections in some areas of the audit in stead of individual lines as this will save time
