My overall opinion is that it would be much more powerful if I truly knew how to use every aspect, how to use the report writer, if I knew how all the fields were used. But help documentation is spotty and using the Communities case support system is slow and can be painful.

The ease at which you can create an estimate (utilizing comparable past jobs and estimates from any client account), seamless conversion to Job Ticket, Invoice and ultimately post to billing saves hours of work each week.

PS has a very archaic system for tracking customer followups and team collaboration and there is no way to automate any customer followups or pretty much anything.
