- Easy to understand interface, works well setting up multiple server connections with security options, cost was affordable which was why we (MaritzCX, InMoment) selected it
- Its graphic interface is very bad, it considers that with time in the market it should be able to have a better environment and I consider that certain things could already be done without command lines, for the new user with little experience in Linux it is bad to use.
- You will get what you pay for. If you need a simple inexpensive software to jump on a computer from time to time, then it will work. If you want longevity and be able to act like you are right at your desk, then there is way better options that are not much more money.
- I had the need to support a series of devices, with private IPs that accessed the network through LTE routers with private addressing, so alternatives that use NAT were not suitable for me.
