It’s hard to get access to codes and authentication messages but with a few tweaks it’s helpful for everyday use

It would also be nice to have more customization options for reports

I have used it with both HH and Hospice agencies and ease of use is superior to claims data built into CRMs.

The only thing that I have problems with( and it could be just because I may not be educated enough) is under Utilization and Quality once I filter down the quarters to only view specific details, the filter doesn't stay when I go to another facility, I have to filter again.
