We have always maintained a great working relationship with Escapia, their support team, and integration partners. As the industry evolves, we have been pleased with product updates and also use third-party companies who align with Escapia to meet our individual business needs.

We currently have to use third-party companies for housekeeping, maintenance and guest communication functionality as the version offered in Escapia does not meet our current needs.

There are so many integrations that are included with your subscription. And, so many software programs that integrate with Jurny.

Lack of customer support and being extremely clunky and non-user friendly made me drop both of them.
