- is that the customization options for rewards could be a bit more flexible. While the platform offers great features for recognizing achievements, I think expanding the variety of rewards or allowing for more personalization in the recognition process would enhance the experience even further.
- I personally find the interface a little confusing (clicking likes on the correct message and the like).
