"Often times the boolean search strings used while using the integrated search option fetch irrelevant results and even if you choose an option for the particular location , The resumes fetched are from all over the place."
"The dashboards on the homepage only fetch information for the last three months, but if you want to see historical information beyond those three months, you have to go to Ceipal BI, which is not very productive and does not display everything on one page."
