- The strongest asset about Connecteam is the ability to fully customize the schedule including reports, schedules, job titles and subtitles.
- The login hours feature can be problematic at times. If a staff member forgets to sign out, the hours can get mixed up and show extremely high numbers (for example, indicating that someone worked 20–30 hours over a weekend).
- Some people also find it hard to find the mood monitor (but this has been improved and I really like the recent-ish change showing all available actions when tapping on the large coin).
- Sometimes it doesn't sync my cycling correctly, and it used to be difficult to get it to sync to my fitbit on an android.
