G360 Surveys vs Lumus360: Which is best for you?

I was looking for a competency based 360 assessment and after much research found G360 and all my wishes were answered and some! Plus the online support modules make it even easier to provide leadership support.

Honestly, to get anything better (meaning more customized) would cost many multiples of the G360.

LUMUS was extremely helpful in designing the product in a way that was easy to use, gained the confidence of the users and enabled the coaches to construct powerful dialogues with their clients around the strengths of their leadership and how they could best improve it.
