Microsoft Viva Glint vs SAP SuccessFactors HCM: Which is best for you?

It’s user friendly and interactive which is a added bonus for me.

There isn't really anything I'd improve on, Glint does what it's supposed to do, and it's very easy to use and end user giving feedback, and as a person viewing analytics.

So when I don't use it often, or even more importantly, for new people that are being onboarded, a clearly marked path in SuccessFactors helps to facilitate smooth onboarding. And for veterans, the clearly marked paths is helpful for review time.

Often pages are not designed efficiently and the elements are not formatted properly to be used in a mobile devices.
