"We started using this about 4 years ago, as a way to help manage our schedule and payroll a bit better, and the idea that employees could swap shifts and have it only approved by MGMT online was very appealing."

"You can not always resend an invite to a worker. If the worker does not accept and add it to their phone the first time, it is not always available to resend the invite to the worker a second time."
"I tried putting in all of the information but it would schedule people all over the place, leave classrooms without a teacher, or schedule staff for times they weren't available."
"Used it less that 30 days and asked to cancel and refund and 4 month now and have yet to receive my refund."
