Still some more features to be added to make it more user friendly and online support needs improvement

Sometimes it's difficult for me to create task for my team.

Beyond the tool itself, a major differentiator has been the Customer Support: the Profit team has been highly responsive and collaborative, the product manager support has been proactive, and the in-app support chat makes it easy to get quick answers and keep momentum during rollout and ongoing use.

I don't have the option to do it, as I'm not a power user
