Lattice vs Qulture.Rocks: Which is best for you?

My only dislike about Lattice is setting up meetings. Since I am used to using Microsoft Outlook's calendar for all my meeting set-ups, I sometimes get confused when I am unable to link my meeting in Outlook with my meeting in Lattice.

In general, the platform delivered well the processes of our performance evaluation cycle, such as the evaluation, feedback and Individual Development Plan modules.

Furthermore, the acquisition of Qulture by UOL EdTech hampered some of their internal processes, specially the communication with the account manager and with any sector that we needed to contact to resolve a problem.
