  • I like that employees can clock in and out with ease on their phones, make corrections to their time, manage tax changes, direct deposit changes, and personal information changes.
  • There only thing don't like about Paycom is the reports for Labor Allocation does not include the column with exact dollar amounts of the taxes paid by employer and total of all taxes paid for the labor expenses portion of job costing.

  • The self serve that gives HR more time to focus on other things, it is really easy to use and it´s always growing and getting even better with our feedbacks and releasing things you always knew you need but didn´t get to put a pin on it and then can´t believe you used to work without that feature.
