Vantage Circle vs Woliba: Which is best for you?

While Vantage Circle can address certain aspects of employee engagement, it may not be able to address underlying cultural or organizational issues that are affecting employee satisfaction as if not managed effectively, the platform can become cluttered with unnecessary features or rewards, leading to a less engaging experience for employees.

It would be nice to expand capabilities with challenges and tracking; having notifications with the social feed, and being able to post videos would be helpful

Say for example I log a strength training workout on Monday, then on Tuesday I can't remember if I ended up logging Monday's workout- if I go on the app I can only see that I have seven strength training workouts logged, I can't get any further information.
