It feels like Heepsy are trying to be bit sneaky about how it makes money - no refunds ever, high commission on payments and basic search filters disabled on a paid plan - the fact that these last 2 aren't disclosed clearly, does not reflect a good customer focused business.

I also really appreciate the list feature, which helps keep influencers organized & keep track of everything.

The current options are limited to reach, impressions, etc., which made it difficult for me to find the right influencers.
