The Idea ranking system is a great feature to focus resources, improve decision making, and continuity promote new and innovated ideas within our company.
So far, there is a functional error in tagging ideas (there are only three tags available, I can't add any, and the tags available aren't really related to the focus)

The huge benefit it is already has all the tabs for different options (eg "what could we improve" and "what could we learn") so that we're collecting both positive and negative feedback.
The support team’s responses have been slow and ineffective, repeatedly asking for screen recordings and technical details without addressing the root cause.
