"However, I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of proactive support and customer service on December 18 2023 I contacted turbo rater to find out what was going on with my account because not word was heard since the payment day on following the setup of my account."
"It doesn't integrate very well with Progressive. Once we bridge over and get the quote and hit save and exit, then the information isn't saved on the Progressive site when we need to go back in to make a change to the quote or we're ready to bind a policy, therefore, we have to input most of the information again."
"I do not like that you can not pull up a quote on 2 different computers, I work remote since the corona virus hit and sometimes the receptionist in the office and I need to view the quote at the same time to discuss it"
